Our Values

New Culture is a movement without doctrine or dogma, but we have some shared values in our vision of a new culture.

  1. We are human; striving to be fully realized and enabling others to do the same.

  2. All humans possess intrinsic value.

  3. We create space for participation, recognizing the uniqueness of each person.

  4. We accept self-responsibility in our relationships with ourselves and the world around us, seeking to create an environment of honesty, compassion, and transparency.

  5. We are not self-contained.

  6. We treat ourselves and the outside community with respect.

  7. We practice on-going self-evaluation, hearing all points of view.
